Selection 3D

Euclid Labs Selection3D added a new dimension to vision guided robotics.

This software allows to pick parts randomly displaced in a volume, calculating both position and orientation in space.

This application gives the maximum gain when used to pick and work parts that can not be sorted by vibrations because of shape or quality restrictions, products that are stored randomly in boxes just after creation and overlapping objects moved by nasters.

Euclid Labs software builds a 3d image, identifies position and orientation of an object suitable for picking, verifies that robot can reach that part without collisions by simlating the whole trajectory. When part is picked the robot can feed an other machine or work the products directly.
