Euclid Labs solution for pallettizing.
For pallettizing of parts till 2kg Euclid Labs solution is built using a Scara robot and a multiposition shelfs system.
This system allows
- Pallettizing (or depallettizing) of components in uone ore more tray for each shelf (shelf dimensions are 900*450mm)
- Hanling of different shelfs number (depending on part heigth, ussually 9 shelf for products of maximum heigth 35mm)
- Picking from (or delivering to) one or more sources.
- Integration of one ore more intermediate stations (for example vision inspection or some kind of assembly)
- Placing with any orientation
Time cycle is variable, but always (for pick and place) under 3 seconds. Shelf changing is completed in less than 10 seconds (with a minimum of 4 seconds, depending from robot and shelf type).
Euclid Labs suggests adoption of Staubli RS80, but can integrate different scara if requested.
While robot is working, the machine can be unloaded by an operator in an absolutely safe way without interfereces with production cycle.
The solution can be adapted to special needs.
